The base separator is a screening device that generates vibration through eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the vibrator motor. Rotation of the top weight creates vibration in the Horizontal plane, which causes material to move horizontally across the screen cloth to the periphery in order to discharge the material. The Lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes which helps in separation. Speed and Spiral pattern of the material travel over the screen cloth can be adjusted by operator for maximum throughput and screening efficiency for any screenable product whether wet or dry, heavy or light, coarse or fine.

0 Degree Lead Angle - Dry Material is thrown radially discharging material from center to the periphery rapidally.
15 Degree Lead Angle - Dry Material begins to Sprial.
35 Degree Lead Angle - Provides Sprial montion to Dry material giving efficeint screening.
90 Degree Lead Angle - Prevents discharge of Oversize Particles from screen Surface. Useful for maximum throughtput of minus material.
